[racktables-users] Upgrade issues and missing dictionary entries

I've been a user since 14.x. Upgrades have always completed just
fine. But I seem to be missing some data. Most noticeably
"network-security".
When poking through the SQL data, I see it there, but I never see it
in the Web GUI. It's not a selectable item when creating new entries.
I also cannot manually fix it through the Edit Map area, as it's not
listed in "Object Type".
Perhaps it might be best to figure out a way to export my objects,
install a clean 17.1 and re-import them?
