Okay I have done the following:
Entered Null into barcode column.
Download latest Directory version 4242.
Copied to server and ran upgrade.php.
The upgrade has completed without any errors showing. I can view all objects,
racks and ip address.
Do you need me to test anything further?

Yes, that should work around this specific bug. However, see
https://sourceforge.net/apps/mantisbt/racktables/view.php?id=399 and I assume
you can hit other bugs in 0.19.0. If you could test today's checkout of SVN
trunk on a copy of your DB, that would be of great help. Right now it
effectively is 0.19.0 plus bugfixes.
