I notice that I'm getting the blank page for network and power ports but when I
click on a KVM (host) port it does show a list albeit an empty one as there is
no KVM switch in that row.
If I try this on a KVM port in the same rack as a KVM switch I get the blank
window again.

Could you check the server's error log to figure out the failing
pop-up URL?
