There is another way to delete a /30, which is inside a /24, when IP 
address(es) block /30 from being deletable. A UI option 
"Enable IPv4 address allocations w/o covering network" disables the allocation 
check and one can wipe just any network. A dangerous setting.

May be, in future the interface will allow that.
