Is valid info returned when using the `snmpwalk` tool? Anything in the
error logs?

What devices are you attempting to query? Are they supported by the
script?

We have just installed rack tables and are trying to get the SNMP query
of Cisco equipment to work. Have verified that the server that is
hosting rack tables can query the devices, but when I enter the SNMP
community string at the SNMP port finder tab and click go public
immediately replaces the string and no ports are found. When I enter
the wrong string it takes about 10 seconds to timeout and then replaces
the string, so it appears to successfully access the devices. What
could be preventing rack tables from successfully querying Cisco
devices.
