Three choices, all ugly:

1. Implement the rack as having multiple columns. But that's already
used for front/middle/back, which is why a 3D system might be better.

2. Implement a container object and treat them like blade servers.

3. (what we do now) Put one in the middle of the rack, and one in the
front.
