[racktables-users] RfI - Request for improvement: Splitting power plug into uplink and downlink

Hi again,

one more improvement request... I've set up my RackTables to not only list
the ethernet links on a server object, but also the power connection.
IMHO, it would make sense if the port type "power plug" would be split
into an uplink and a downlink type, for example "power plug" and "power
outlet" with a matching setting in the port compatibility map. So, one can
set one (or two) "power plug" ports as default for a server and add a
12-port PDU object with 12 "power outlet" ports and one "power plug" port
in the rack to link the power line.
This would help in having an overview how the power consumption is
distributed and it would make selecting the up/down link in the port
linkage menu selection much easier.

Comments appreciated :)
