Hello.
There used to be a trigger, which blocked deleting networks with
address records in them. However, it was removed in the last
(0.16.3) release, which enabled creating and deleting any prefixes,
including those, which contain one another. All IPv4 data is used to
build the IPv4 tree online, and user can delete any network (this
won't delete address records in it though).
