Make sure on your switches you have them ports defined. You can use the SNMP
Sync feature or just perform the step manually with "Bulk Port Creation: I will
include a snap shot:

This was done manually, a SNMP may net more and better looking port creation.

Subject: [racktables-users] Port linking

Hi,

I'm trying to work out how to link ports.

If I have a server and a rack panel and a switch, I would expect to be able to
link them all together so I can trace the switch origins of each port on a
server. However, even with ports defined, when I click to link ports I get a
popup with no ports to link to.
Am I getting the functionality of this feature wrong, or am I missing something
i order to link them?

Thanks for any help.

Tom
