We have plenty of HP servers (among others) and we use HP SIM to manage them.
In HP SIM you have the category "manager processor" which HP SIM automatically
assigns all iLO interfaces it find, and if you add the relevant server it
binds those interfaces to the relevant server automatically.
HP isn't the only vendor to supply a remote management or "console" facility
to their servers, so for our needs that "reporting" facility is served by HP
SIM.
If you don't use HP SIM, you may like to.
