[racktables-users] Re: How to handle virtual machine's

I would say you are right. I am only the administrator of this software, but
my server admin mentioned the other day how much they really like this
software. We had no server room tracking before and ip tracking was done using
a spreadsheet. This is leaps and bounds better than what we were doing.

So yes, very much appreciated.

Well Said Dennis,

But this software is like drugs, you want more and more sooner and sooner... I
am pretty sure that I speak for a good portion of RackTables users when I say
that your hard work is very much appreciated.

thanks,

Luis

Well, clustering. In short, there is nothing in RackTables, that could

be directly associated with any of the real clustering technologies

around. But if the matter is to flag two servers as members of certain

HA/LB setup, one can create tags and use them to group assets.

The release. 0.17.0 won't be released until it's usable. There is no

deadline, so there is nothing to miss, at the moment we are adding

features to play with them and decide, if they stay or go. And it's a

hobby, in other words, it gets less attention and resources, than the

real life.
