Aaron is the original requestor of this. There's nobody yet motivated
enough to implement this, I should note.

The RackPlan is designed, but not being implemented at the moment. My
personal roadmap is focused on IPv4 overhaul in 0.16.3 (it's about 3/4
completed now). Once things get implemented, it would be logical to see
the relations between them, yes.
