[racktables-users] [Feature Request] Show dependecies between systems

Hello,

would it be possible to somehow manage dependencies between servers,
switches and other systems?
In future this feature could allow to:
 * Show how one system outtake (e.g. a database server) affects other
systems
 * Allow easier to "test" disaster plans (simulate a switch outtake)
 * Generate dependency maps for documentation reasons
 * A interactive map feature with different views
   * Overall dependencies
   * Dependencies seen from one system

Since there are port assignments the next step would be to allow
dependencies based on applications
To simulate a defect cable or patch panel ticket 98 [1] should be closed.

Just a few thoughts, I'm quite sure that the new Rack Design (RackPlan) is
consuming much time, but wouldn't this be a nice addon to this?
