There is a bug in racktables in here:

Type: Server
Common name: "NIS-151.navigatoris.net" no quotes.
Visible Label: "NIS-151.navigatoris.net" no quotes.
Asset tag: "Q6600-2GB-500GBhd" no quotes.
Bar code (blank)
Click submit, error appears:
An error has occured in [commitAddObject()]. Additional information:
SQL query #1 failed
Go back or try starting from index page.
renderAddMultipleObjectsForm: commitAddObject() failed
