[racktables-users] Bug Report: Dictionary Chapters missing in Edit Attribute Map

I was trying to edit the attribute map in 0.17 and noticed that the Dictionary 
Chapter dropdown is empty. It is empty no matter what Object Type is selected. 
The constraints will not allow any items to be added.
