The Live VLANs feature isn't quite perfect, but I avoid touching it till
it does what people expect from it. There is necessary space left in
"switchvlans" thing to add other vendors and transports, but it's clear
it should be done by people, who actually use some particular feature.
The current implementation is for Cisco/telnet, I see, when it breaks,
and I can fix it.

Once one unmounts everything from a rack, a "delete" link appears on the
rack's "Properties" tab. When the last rack is deleted from a rack row,
it can be deleted on "Rackspace: Manage rows" tab.
