[python] Re: special recumbent parts and Dutch terminology

Hi

I am dutch, so i understand the words you don't, I hope i can explain.

plastic bushings - I think they are like those used in the central joint of
the Flevo, aren't they?
No there are no plastic bushings in the central joint of a flevo. I guess
these bushings are mostly used for suspension or steer mounts.

"boring" must be the axle diameter that can be used with this bushing.
Indeed
"schaft" then the inner diameter of the tube this bushing fits in? Yes
"kraag" is not clear either... It is the diameter of the thing which impeeds
the bushing from entering the tube totally.

Of course I'd also have to ask what a balhoofd is, a balhoofd buis, a
bidonmoer, a stalen dragerbus
The only usefull part of these are the balhoofd and the balhoofdbuis. These
are
the assembly of bearings used to make the frontfork and steer turn
smoothly. "huis" means housing (the
tube it fits
in) You might also consider buying a "trap-as-huis" which is a bottom
bracket housing.
