[python] seat

In the last weeks, Peter and I have learnt much about
the importance of the seat for controlling the python.

No wonder, because the seat is integral part of the
steering mechanism.

So, if the seat angle is too flat, the shoulders have
not enough contact for good steering. That was the
main reason why, after changing from p1 to p3,
corners that I could ride before were no longer
ridable without the help of a hand touching the ground.

Additionally the wheelbase of p3 is 1 cm longer than p1.

A recommendable seat angle is 35 deg.
