[python] python progress

I haven't tried to ride it yet (it needs front tire and seat attachments) but 
it is basically assembled:

Angle ~60deg., trail ~23cm. The front frame is heavier than I'd expected, I'll 
measure the mass/moment when I get a chance next week.
About 8 hours work. I used the old BB method with the rear frame connected to 
the shell to place the pivot as close as possible to the front tire. 
Sitting on it feels odd, but OK. We'll see what happens...
