I'm afraid I failed to find this link. Got as far as Webwinkel and no further. However my command of Dutch is very poor.... Are these conical rubber stops? If so how exacly have you used them? And what size are they?

Diabolo conical rubber stops are available in various sizes in the UK through RS or Farnells. I have used one as a shock absorber and it works very well giving a progressive wheel travel.
