If you are a member of the Danish HPV club (www.hpv-klub.dk), there's
another oppertunity at Leitra's workshop in Ganløse. We are a small group
meeting every monday night where we build and braze (except during summer).
There's a small fee for participating, but if you can live with that, you
are very wellcome. You can allso study my version of the Python (dual 700c)
there (http://www.scheel.net/HPV/Python/default.asp)
Thank you for the tip! Do they have a lathe ;-)
Me too I would prefer the Eduardo solution. It will cost probably
because I have no access to a lathe (drehbank, draaibank) to make the
outer casing for the bearings. Oh well.
Maybe you could use a flevo casing - it cost around 10 euro from tempelmann.
I chose the full package from flevo for the same reason. Not cheap, but I'm
sure it will remain stable.
I bought it for my flevo. It will hold until the end of time, but it is
quite heavy. And is quite heigh, and this is a disadvantage for a mini
python.
On another mailing list there was some talk about using sintered bronse
bushings. I would like to launche this question. Does anybody think that
it could work with just this? No ball bearings at all? And if so why
isn't the bicycle industry using it for the steering axle?

Haha! And I thought there where no recumbents in Danmark! I have been
curious about I see so little recumbents around.
