I agree with Olaf, I can't imagine steering this setup, it would be arear
wheel steered bike which is reported to be virtually unrideable.

and giving up the hands-free advantage of center steered bikes?
though the unsteerable bike doesn't exist. I heard rumours of a contest in
england somewhen.
Goal was to build the unsteerable bike (some kind of steering by turnable
wheels must be installed),
there were bikes with inverted steering, rear wheel steering and so on.
But the outcome was: every bike is steerable given enough time to learn how
to.
Hanno, funny, the Unicycle has no steering at all and I managed to go
around with it.
