[python] protractor in use

I came across a spare Universal Protractor last week, like:
http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/product.do?BV_SessionID=@@@@1643126500.1127706959@@@@&BV_EngineID=ccjjaddfkidjlelcegecegjdghldgfm.0&vertical=TOOL&pid=00939840000&tab=des#tabs
except mine is larger and has 1deg. increments so I had the ability
to accurately measure my pivot directly; the angle is 71deg., I had
measured it at 70 with triangulation.
Also went for a spin today on a local bike path with a hill that I
had trouble with before. I made it cleanly, although not easily - I
still need a smaller low ring to keep the cadence up. The pace I had
to set to ride up smoothly really pumped the thighs, and it is only
~100m of the path! I just can't sustain that for long. My seat is at
45deg., so it helps put the gluteus to more use.
I also removed the motor, as the battery mass caused too much flex and wobble.
Tightening the pivot bearings was in order; the tie rod end method
would eliminate that as well.
Cheers,
Ray
