[python] Re: proper wheelbase and pivot angle for 26" wheels

the seat angle is somewhere between 25 and 30 degrees i guess, this is
not a real problem. I have riden about 100 km now. The last trip ended
with a crash at rather high speed (30-35 km/h) which bended a cranck.
I still have to fix this.

I want to decrease pivot angle since i have no problems with wheel
flop, but the high speed handling (30-35 km/h) is terrible. I hope to
improve this by reducing the negative trail. In my design this is only
possible by reducing the pivot angle.
