[python] Re: proper wheelbase and pivot angle for 26" wheels

The Jaculus has an angle of 62 deg and a wb of 138 cm. it has slightly
larger wheels (700 is like 0.5 cm larger diametre) The next version
will most likely have a variable angle, to figure out what works best.
I guess this will be somewere in the 58-60 deg range.
