[python] pivot quality

Hi listies,

I just disassembled my python and have noticed that the pivot is
pratically a total-loss. I had to use a wrench to turn the pivot, and I
have extreme index-steering. The funny thing is that I had not noticed
any of that when riding at all. Every felt smooth and well with the
steering. It doesn't seem to matter much what state the pivot is in...
