I dont´t think so. The bottom bracket is mounted to the frame (like on the 
BEVO-bike), not to the fork. As I remember, there are no pedaling effects in 
the steering of the Bevo. 

Visible on the mink pictures is the steering head angle larger than 90 degrees. 
I googled for this a few weeks ago - and the most people who tried it said it 
works really good.
