[python] Re: midsummertour

thanks for your kind commiserations!
Honestly, it was my own fault: I was silly enough to start the first day with a 140 km ride. This with full luggage, through a hilly region and without any adequate training in the time before. My only preparation was sitting on an office chair all the week through and staring into the computer. I really should have started this tour with a more moderate pace. I hoped that my knees would recover during the first night, but on the next day it was all the same. Then I changed my route and rode 100 km on flat terrain - still no recovery. So I took the train home and now I have to rest for the next few days. Anyway, the rest of the trip was great: Nice weather, friendly people and great scenery with lots of nature - just what like. 

Two spin-off products emerged from this tour which might interest you:

        - the retractable flag-pole
        - the poncho-rainjacket
