If I am right, 4bl would not make sense on the python and would
make riding more difficult.

I have the same assumption like you. The pedalling influence
on steering will be too strong. Nevertheless I want to testify
this in practice with my PX. Four steering heads are already
cut for this ...
I still think that for zero pedalling perturbances on steering,
the pivot axle should go through the pelvic area of the
rider.
