I want to attach two pieces of rubber rope between front and rear part
to be able to push the python comfortably, maybe demontable if they
are not good for steering.

bike ;-)
You can see on the attached drawing. I want to use instead a 2,5 mm
steel rope for the pulling forces.

It would work but you will gain approximatly only 0,10 kg weight, the
stiffness is worse and it is more work to weld.
Anyway my frame needs more work to weld compared to Torbens one.
All these little round tubes. I like Torbens design very much. And to
have those corner-tubes in 1 mm wall thickness would be great, but I
could not found them.

I am dreaming of a 10 kg python. with p2 I used a trekking bike for
pivot and front BB part. The pivot is heavy and the BB part also. For p3
I will use a racing bike, a brass pivot, racing wheels and brakes. I am
curious how much this will reduce weight. p3 will have all tubes of 12 x
1 mm tubes and mudguards. Without mudguards the dust of the street
is throwed on the body and face, what I don't like at all. Imagine riding
through the rain without mudguards, I would look like an army soldier
after war.

Yes.
