Hello Greg,
Great experiment, the countersteering RW. Before you give it up: one
reason it isn't rideable might be that you have the lever going back and
forth instead of turning like a normal handlebar. It wouldn't be much
work to try a conventional underseat handlebar and connect it to the
existing lever, would it?
I'm not sure the self-centering on the rear is handled well with trail
and an offset pivot. You haven't got a Python rear end lying aroud to
combine the offset front with, have you? It's a bet, but a hyperstatic
structure combining the Python with a positive trail steering and driven
front wheel might combine the low and high speed capacities of both
concepts.
