There is no standard thickness. the tube 30x20 is in the catalog that I have
in the thickness of 1.5, 2 and 2.5 mm.
I'm sure of these values. I haven't bought these tubes for the bike, I just
took what I could find in the company where I'm working. And here we don't
care for lightweight structures..... . So I'm sure that it is 2mm. Of course
I would buy new tubes for a definitiv bike and then I'll use 1.5mm!!

Yes, it works a lot better if you have good contact to the seat up to the
shoulders. I tried a few times to change my sit-position during the ride and
had allways stability problems during it.
