[python] Re: centre steered AND centre pedalled?

I could not see the linked picture, but it sounds similar
to the cranks on the Thebis trike.  IIRC, the Thebis was 
a RWD and rear-wheel steered delta trike.  Reports from
owners were that the front wheel was really difficult to
remove for changing a tire because of the hub cranks.
