[python] centre pedal

Hi Olaf,

I also have the idea of a bb in the hub of the front wheel and I am 
thinking about a gear solution without chain.  But before I put too much 
effort in brain storming I will build a wodden prototype in winter without 
bb, just two pedals to put the feet on it. And than I want to roll down a 
smoothly hill to find out how the steering feels like.
