Below are several of my favorite web sites written by builders of
carbon recumbents:

These builders used similar techniques making a positive mold and
covering it in carbon fiber. Construction foam for home building and
wood. Balsa would be great for this. There are also special foams
designed for this purpose even some which can be solved out of the
but these are very expensive. The question is how to translate these
ideas into Python?
