Hello Brian, I saw this or a similar product on the Hanse boat show in Hamburg last year. The demonstrator had a lot of skill in handling that stuff and everything worked well. But for me it looked quite complicated, because you have to scratch away the eloxation under the flame while adding that brazing stuff. It was quite expansive too so I didn't buy it. If you are going to try it, I would be interested how it works in the hands of a "normal" person. best regards Lutz > -----Ursprüngliche Nachricht----- > Von: python@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Gesendet: 17.12.07 17:26:23 > An: python@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Betreff: [python] brazing aluminum ?? > > Things that sound too good to be true usually are. > > has anyone on this list had any experience with this type of product > for aluminum frame construction? > > http://www.aluminumrepair.com/ > > too bad there are no free lunches > > regards to all > Brian > > ============================================================ > > This is the Python Mailinglist > > http://www.freelists.org/list/python > > Listmaster: Jürgen Mages jmages@xxxxxx > > To unsubscribe send an empty mail to > python-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > with 'unsubscribe' in the subject field. > > ============================================================ > > ______________________________________________________________________ XXL-Speicher, PC-Virenschutz, Spartarife & mehr: Nur im WEB.DE Club!
