[python] arch over frontwheel

Hi all, Hi Jaime,

the arch over the frontwheel is a theme that I often thought of. It would solve 
every problem with the chainline and also offers the chance to install a 
suspension for the frontwheel. But it would lift the center of gravity of the 
front part a lot. Because its a long piece, I think it needs a 50 x 50 mm 
rectangular tube at least and additional there is the weight of  the attachment 
for the wheel. My conclusion so far was, that this is too heavy for a steel 
construction. Maybe it's a way for a carbon or glass/epoxy construction.
