[python] a newborn

hi pythonauts,
there seems to be a lack of news, silence in the list. so let's fill
this with the happy news of a newborn py, just here in reutlingen. no
roll-out so far, but we're on our way.also, she doesn't have a name yet.
only specification for now: she weights a ton. all that rubber,
probably.
