[python] Welding Finished

Hi All

Today I've finished the welding of the front frame. The main challenge is
that we don't have 40x10 mm tubing here and I needed to use just 30x20 mm
tubing. This Python, will be ride by a 1.69 m height guy. Each milimeter in
the front frame, was optimized to reach the closest tolerances. The tires
employed are the IRC Metro II, 26x1" (a real diameter of 24"). Next week,
the frame will be zinc plated (galvanoplasty), powder coated and the
assembly will start.
