Good idea to check the logfiles and I found the source:

BROL is really a great forum with great people! And thanks to 25hz for his detailled and honest explanations of the python project and his own experiences. 

Also found a wikipedia python entry (marked for deletion):

Interesting logfiles - never had checked them before.
