Yeah, I've seen that trike by Mr Wood before, but to my mind, that thing is
CRAZY complicated :) I'm always amazed at the solutions that come from
different people. I think it's very cool how huge the variation in design
you can make work when you get away from the diamond frame bike, and the
python is a perfect example.
Anyway, another tilting rear end delta that could easily be converted to a
python is this one:

Much simpler and more elegant, I think. I also like his handlebars,
although they may not be so practical for a python delta. He's also a
northern European. Cool weather must make for clarity of thought, no? :)
Anyway, I still prefer the simplicity of Paul Sims' design because I already
make most of the components he used, and all I have to do is change their
orientation. Very simple and no funky math to work out. Also, for
handlebars, I'll mount them right to the rear axle, the same way they do
with these trikes:

Again, very simple mount, and I can use the handles to help pull out of a
lean with the python delta, depending on how "heavy" it feels once tilted.
