Dunno bout the name, here are the intestines: 

Hups - never saw something like that. Looks like a ball joint.
Very interesting. And Lennart has the same type.

E.g. the cup and cone BBs are really bad. My wife?s P1 now has a pivot
play of about 3 degrees. It is still rideable, but tends to wobble
during fast downhills.


And one of these days ... GROINK, and it will be stuck. 

Yeah - that?s why we are planning a workshop session for next week.
I reckon it won?t get stuck but rather break apart. The lever arm
is very long.
