[python] Steering Pivots Survey

Hi Listies,

recently I announced to make a survey about the different
steering pivot solutions with their pros and cons.

Here are the types:

- cup and cone BB
- cartridge BB
- normal steering head

- angular contact ball bearing
- tapered roller bearing
- rod end bearing

- nylon bushing (steel/nylon)
- sinter bronze bushing (steel/bronze)

- simple door hinge (steel/steel)
- rubber block


Any more suggestions?
