I think this setup would be nice with a windscreen or fairing for Spring,
Summer, and Fall riding but not for the winter.

The reason for this is that often you can see bare pavement in the car tire
tracks
on the road but the other sections have 3-4 inches of slop to contend with.
The trike front wheel would track nicely in the car tracks but the BOTH the
rear wheels would be dragging through deeper snow and slush.

I will have to build one to confirm :}
