[python] Steering BB Idea

Hello Folks,

I recently found an interesting site, offering parts for flevobikes:

Amongst other things one can find a nice idea for fastening the bottom bracket for the purpose of a rear suspension with U-bolts (see picture).
This might as well serve for our steering pivot. Additionally I would use the crankarm-bolts for preventing vertical movement.
