Greatings from sunny South Africa!
You guys are very lucky.  Here is South Africa I must first explain what a
recumbent is before I can go into the finer details.  I've converted my 9
year old daughter's 16" BMX into a high racer, and everyone who sees it has
to comment on what a funny bike it is and that they have never seen
something like that before.  My 10 year old son wants a low racer.  I want a
python.  And my wife... I don't think she wants to be seen with the three of
us :-).I can only imagine the public's reaction if I ever build a velo.  You
guys have a great privilege to have events for recumbents where you live - I
envy you.
