I was a pedi cab operator when I was 19. Similar cabs to the one on the link. They are even heavier and beastlier.

that could be an issue on many bike paths
the local pedicabs use a street lane http://bikecab.com/Photo.html (the requirements are interesting http://www.ballparkpedicabs.com/ become-a-rider.html) 

I thought maybe 20" wheels and a 36" track width..?
