Hello John and Welcome to the list,

when I built a python for my daughter she had an inseam of 74 cm.
The bike had two 24" wheels and the BB-EOS was 64 cm (see P4 in the
project table).

Using 26" wheels is not really an option for you even with shorter
cranks I think.
