One thing which I found very encouraging was my ability to ride a python
after several months of not riding. I was riding as well as ever from the
first pedal turn. It seems that the skill is not forgotten once acquired,
much like for riding a "normal" bike. It's just that the skill level
doesn't increase unless you ride.
It´s like riding a bike ;-)
To me it is always very confusing to change between various
center-steered bikes e.g. flevo, airbike or different pythons. It
always takes about half an hour of training to feel save in traffic
with the new bike. Never had this problems with normal bikes.
Jürgen.
