[python] Re: Python trike ideas

Nobuos smal turning radius is certainly due to the minuscule front wheel - what is it, 16"? With a reasonable size front wheel (20"-24") the circle would be larger, wouldn't it?

So you call this a banana-trike? I saw itwhile on holiday on a North Sea island, at a bike rental... I'll try to find out why it didn't perform, or can you tell me in short?

Nobuo's trike surely performs very well at those scary speeds. Wouldn't have thought that of a bike with negative trail(? Nachlauf?).
To get up to reasonable speeds while pedaling he must have a big gear...

Pictures, there are a lot. Instructions few. Maybe I should do a trike side on my page, where all info is gathered.

E.g. the japanese Nobuo Python Delta can be seen here:

Turning circle of the trike is ridiculously small. Nobuo recently made downhill stunts and survived about 67 kph:

The banana-trike clone on your picture with a python front was tried by Mark Schaaf once, but he was not happy with it.

So when they convert their bikes to trikes... are there any instructions? Pictures? What is the behavior at high speeds and what is the turning radius then? Consider fitting the back of this "toy" with a python front... Whaddya think? Sacrilege?
